Our Services

At Living JLM Apartments, we provide a range of services to make your stay in Jerusalem unforgettable.

Location

Our units are all conveniently located in downtown Jerusalem, a 5-10 minute walk to the Mahane Yehuda marketplace, Ben Yehuda Street, and our ministry center. And we are only a 20-30 minute walk—or 10 minute tram ride—to Jaffa Gate and the Old City.

Bed

Each room offers a comfortable queen-size bed, and all can be easily separated into two single beds.

Additional Bed

There is a small sofa bed in most units that can serve one adult, or two children, providing flexibility for accommodating extra guests. Floor mattresses are also available for additional small children.

Bathroom

Enjoy the convenience of a full bathroom/shower in each room, equipped with all the necessary amenities for your comfort. Room 1 is equipped with a full bath.

Kitchens

All of our units contain a kitchenette, and the master suite a full kitchen.

Group Bookings

Groups or larger families (5 persons minimum, 20-22 maximum) can stay comfortably with Living JLM. With the number 4 master suite at the center, there is space for shared meals and meetings.

Stay connected with complimentary WiFi access throughout all the rooms.

Laundry services

For your convenience, a clothes washer and dryer are provided while you are staying at Living JLM.

Our five standard rooms on the 18th floor are all about 25 square meters, with a full bathroom, kitchenette (except for #5), separatable queen-size bed, small lounge chair that opens to a bed, closets, and small table and chairs

Numbers 2,3 & 6 are all about the same. Number one is the largest, and even has a full bathtub, for deep relaxation!

Number 4 is the master suite, a spacious one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, full-size fridge and many other amenities. It is they key room for those who are coming as a group and wish to have group meals, meetings, and movie nights.

Fees:

Room 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6: $100 per night, single occupancy.

Room 4 (The Master Suite): $150 per night.

Additional Charges:

Additional Adult: 1st one: $10 per night; 2nd and 3rd: $30/night

Children under 12: $15 per night.

Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policies:

We require a 50% down payment at the time of booking to secure your reservation. You will need to pay the remainder one week before your date of check-in.

If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking, your 50% down payment will be fully refunded.

Cancellations made more than two weeks before the scheduled arrival will be eligible for a 25% refund. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the scheduled arrival will not be eligible for refund.

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to provide a fair cancellation policy while ensuring the availability of our apartments for our guests.
