Payment, Refund,
and Cancellation Policies

We require a 50% down payment at the time of booking to secure your reservation.  You will need to pay the remainder one week before your date of check-in.

If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking, your 50% down payment will be fully refunded.

 

Cancellations made more than two weeks before the scheduled arrival will be eligible for a 25% refund. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the scheduled arrival will not be eligible for refund. 

 

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to provide a fair cancellation policy while ensuring the availability of our apartments for our guests.
